Raw Rainbow Salad
- 10 – 12 Kale Leaves finely chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- 1/8 red cabbage and 1/8 white cabbage
- 2 tbsp of goji berries
- 4 lemon wedges
- Handful of almonds
