All of our retreats are designed to provide you with time to re-focus and re-connect with yourself, or as a group. As they say you have to put the good stuff back in to be able to give the good stuff out.
Health and Well-being Retreats for individuals
Our retreats fuse a mix of goodies for both body, mind and soul. We combine amazing locations with great food, activities and like-minded people. We use a mix of tools like yoga, meditation, life coaching & energy healing and combine these with other activities like raw food cookery classes, hiking and horse riding which provide the perfect combination to leave your busy lives behind.

Our next weekend retreat will have a focus on yoga and will be set on a luxury estate in Somerset, UK.
